My experience was overall very friendly and hospitable. I definitely saw the manlet hardass types and avoided them. But the majority of them seemed happy to just work a menial job and have some beers in the evening. I didn't see the same massive entitlement, scamming as a business practice, abuse of social courtesies, unpleasant odours, or e coli concerns that are the new normal here.
