Obviously Rey would be training a new generation of Jedi, but what about Darth Plageus being resurrected by ancient Sith magic, and Plageus wants to know where the person that killed him is, Palpatine. Sith followers tell Plageus that Palpatine is dead, but his granddaughter lives, and she is now a Jedi training new Jedi. Plageus would be mad af and would go after Rey to destroy the Jedi once and for alllllllllll!!!!!!

They should just end the Jedi and the Sith orders as concepts, they've told that story. Keep Force users but have it be more informal, just people with exceptional abilities participating in some non-Force-centric galaxy-scale story.
