Sunday night movie recommendation. Suggest a movie for your fellow anon and a brief explanation not why you liked it. No porn or anime. Be sensibles children.

The creator. Felt this was released and fell by the wayside and deserved a larger audience. Interesting themes, more relevant today than speilbergs AI which was realised over 20 years ago.
Interesting scfi movie and desu I can't remember the last one before that that was really good. Also the kid in this movie is superb. Great actress. I give it a 8/10

Your turn anon.

I am not watching this African American movie, but I'll give you a bump for the thread.

If you have time, check out Where Eagles Dare.
Really well made for it's time, the action and effects hold up.
It keeps moving despite being long for modern standards.
Inspired Return to Castle Wolfenstein decades later.

i blind bought this movie on 4k uhd bluray because
>gareth edwards
>david washington
>i'm all scifi enjoyer
>the setting sounded interesting

Glad you liked it anon, i have not watched it yet (i will soon)

In return, i'm going to recommend you Ex Machina. give it a watch, it's very interesting albeit it has some plot holes which existence are kind of explained during the movie. Basically it's about super advanced AI and the Turing test.

Another cool movie is Arrival, starring Jeremy Renner and Amy Adams.

i could post more but thread seems to be archived soon so i'll post this now and maybe more later if this is still alive

I liked The Creator.

Watch The Colony. It's cold, desolate, and they're struggling to survive in shelters without freezing. And it's got Bill Paxton.

Watch Deep Red (Profondo Rosso). It's a sublime film by Argento and transcends the horror genre. Goblin gives a great soundtrack for this thriller. Really well shot film that's popping with color and creative gorey scenes, which is something to be expected from giallo films. Really influential for the future horror films like Halloween and Friday the 13th. Also, praise be to Daria Nicolodi, she is always such a babe.
