I was iffy about season 4 when it came out, but I rewatched it and there's great funny moments sprinkled in, although inconsistently. The interviews are the weak part, since it's basically just Eric buddying with his comedian or rapper friends a lot of the time.I'm watching season 5 for the first time and it's just as bad, washed and neutered as you'd think a 2020 season of an early 2010s comedy show would be.The screenshots of season 5 and 6 were enough to make me skip them when they dropped.

In season 1-3 most of the guests, especially the wash-ups like Demi Lovato and Pauly D actually thought they were on a real talkshow. Later on you can tell the guests are just sitting there smiling and looking around waiting for crazy stuff to happen.
