Watched this with 0 expectations and it surprised me in a good way. It's a PG-13 horror movie, and while those usually suck, this one used the limitations of the age rating to come up with some creative ideas to creep out the audience, and I think it nailed it.I don't think it's scary—it's very rare for a horror movie to scare me nowadays—I just liked how weird the movie gets. If you read reviews, most see this as the movie having plot holes and making no sense, but I think it was going for an ambiguous, almost surreal narrative. And I can see how that would piss some people off, but I liked it.

I like that sequence where the stealth aircraft and drones nuke the alien ship and the nuke actually worked, crashing the ship into the ground in peices.
