It's about him being overly praised for being such a visionary storyteller for the last of us franchise when Bruce Stanley gets no credit for the first part's story. Then in part 2 he completely fucks up the writing killing Joel with no proper technique of foreshadowing/build up or suspense. You can kill a main character even one like Joel, you just have to do it with proper storytelling technique. This man then has the audacity to call those who criticize that decision among other inane decisions in part 2's story to be far right wing racist trolls. He is a hack, plain and simple and he has no business being in the position he is.
