It’s odd because we’ve technically barely scratched the surface of comic book lore but I guess if you’ve seen it once you’ve seen it all. Standards have also lowered immensely. TASM2 was panned at the time but today it would be a critical and box office godsend. If you ask me it all ties back to the rejection of BvS which I think broke both audiences and studios. Superhero movies past 2016 just weren’t the same.
