It has some surface level resemblance to Dead Space but you'll quickly find the gameplay is very different.And again, you have to be willing to put up with quite a bit of trial and error and frustration to make it through the whole thing. With several of the bosses I got past them by pausing and watching youtube clips on how to beat them, if I just kept trying and dying without that help then I likely would have stopped and uninstalled it as a lot of other players do.Though you'll find it's a different type of challenge vs, say, a SoulsBourne, because the controls and movement system are very responsive and precise and fluid and make it feel "hard but fair," whereas in a Souls game it can be sluggish and make you feel like you're fighting the controls and animations in a way that Returnal doesn't
