>>214545826That’s the thing though. Tony’s guilt over what he does only bothers him because of the physical effects it leads to (panic attacks, dreams etc). He doesn’t really care about how people feel, he cares that his body is reacting adversely to those feelings and wants a way to stop that so he can continue committing crimes. That’s the whole reason he sticks with melfi.So while technically he is suffering from guilt, he’s unable to mentally process why he’s guilty, because he doesn’t give a shit about the people he hurts. Deep somewhere in his subconscious he knows it’s wrong, but his sociopathy prevents that from reaching his conscious state

Because he exhibits almost every other defining trait of a sociopath, he can still be classified because of the totality of them
