By his own admission he did the initial Adam Friedland Show just so he could have a studio and try producing skits, which had mixed success. I maintain the best thing tho two of them produced was the short before the Rob Schneider interview in which they imagined themselves as middle schoolers seeing The Waterboy in theaters
