Noone else working there has speaking lines or anything to contribute. If the kids or anyone else wants anything done they need to walk one room over to find one of the available speaking role characters to let's say get some toilet paper or share a thought. There are some prop-like soldiers or scientists in the far background doing something here and there but it's like nobody else exists at all.
