Will and Elizabeth never. Barbossa is the standout, but even his character being brought back from the dead with all sins forgiven like Vegeta was embarrassing.Beckett was based. The series should've gone the buddy-cop route with Norrington and Sparrow if it was absolutely necessary for the latter to be in every film.Dead Man's Chest CGI does not hold up. The Black Pearl comic relief crew are annoying as fuck. I still have no idea why the monkey is still undead or how Elizabeth's hair grew back to full length in less than 48 hours. I'm unironically looking forward to the inevitable grimdark reboot for the series so I can laugh even harder at the IP for its tonal whiplash. Michael Bay or Roland Emmerich to direct, hopefully.
