My parents are going abroad for October. I am highly tempted to get the full season 1 - 11 blu ray boxset of twd and binge the fuck out of the entire thing for the month since I last stopped watching it around season 7 and I just got bored of it so I want to finish it off.

Do the earlier seasons still hold up or have they degraded over time?

First off, why not just watch it online?

Secondly, seasons 1 and 2 are fun to watch with some nice acting from Rick and Shane. As someone who stopped watching in season 7, I wouldn’t bother with the rest, but if you really want to, season 5 and 6 are where the good scenes are

Season 1 is great
Season 2 is a slog
Season 3 is half good, half bad
Seasons 4-6 are Kino
Season 7 is fine, but you feel the length of the show at that point
Rest is bad
Also buy a hard drive and torrent the show

Been there, done that. Usually results in my system being worn down by viruses and malware.

Im also skeptical of using streaming services because they tend to be shady pricks who cut some of the content from the original airing and I end up getting cucked out of an authentic experience.

Does that include the later seasons?

zombie slop

imagine wasting your time watching hundreds of hours of a depressing, mediocre series

If you want to spend a ton of money on something to keep you entertained for a month, there are so many better options than this slop.
Also you have to be 18 to post here.

Out of disney+ and prime which is the better service for this that cuts out the least?
