Friend of mine got screened the episode this morning the earth x reveal is correct and the episode ends with peacemaker's brother and father floating over them killing Judomaster and saying they "got that chink bastard" which causes Peacemaker to look horrified as he sees the USA flag but with a Nazi symbol where the stars are. Ends with a close up of Peacemaker's eye looking off screen as Adebayo calls to him.

Earth X in the comics had the nazi symbols everywhere. There's no way we could have seen as much of the alt dimension as we have and never have seen a single flag as patriotic as the people were living there.Someone would have had a flag hanging off of their store when Peacemaker was doing wheelies in traffic. We would have seen a lapel pin, an ID, a fucking calendar.Gunn hid the final three episodes from the screeners. If he is going down the same trope of S1 and Creature Commandos, he's an idiot. Stale trope. One season out of several with white supremacists being the villain is a bit much, but acceptable. Two seasons is ridiculous.Where's the world where Genghis Khan took over? Or the one where Rome still rules all of Europe and Asia? Or a world where Darkseid succeeded? Hell, give us our tomboy latina alternate Superman, and have her leave her universe. She has no ties to it. She was locked in a bunker for thirty years, she hates her universe. I'm sure the actress would be happy to come back and reprise her role. She could just fuck off from our Earth or work against Superman because he isn't following his parents instructions in the main timeline. It's not that hard to write alternate universe possibilities and provide fanservice. Fanservice and alternate universe stories go hand in hand.
