The original movies being a success I chalk up to them just not caring at the time and letting Raimi and Singer do what they wanted. Once the studios started meddling they fumbled just about every decision they made. It took 20 years to get Wolverine in his yellow costume and it immediately made them a billion dollars and what do they do to follow it up? Nothing.

Any chance we get Jackman and Maguire in Doomsday or Secret Wars? Tobey has done so little in recent years and the budget is already out of control, I'm sure. But somebody at Disney has got to be thinking that Wolverine and OG Spider-Man onscreen at the same time would be worth it. Wolverine with Tom Holland just wouldn't be nearly as exciting.
