Maybe you could adapt something by swapping narratives in a simplified overarching plot, but it would probably be unsatisfying unless there were several slated, focusing on a handful of key events. But whoever adapted it would undoubtedly fuck it up, so no. Have there even been any decent game adaptations yet?
