Seriously. Even though they didn't have any of the final books from GRRM, that was an obvious banger of an ending. It's the "anything can happen, anyone can die, this doesn't have a happy ending like you think" that everyone tuned into the show to see! Instead they killed of Dany, then gave the show a really bad "happy" ending.
