Its good if you skip the flashback episodes. Or more specifically skip the coven parts of the flashback. The genocide that trinity makes is the laziest mass murder ever put to film. Basically the theme of the show is how institutions have a corrupting effect on personal agency and that compromise for social cohesion erodes trust.
