I was surprised by how good s1 and s2 were. Disappointed in s3. They did make some kino villians like the lawyer guy and the butt naked guy. the hearts games were all greatJust wish they did something larger scale in s3. everything was so claustrophobic and dull.

This season just raises more questions than answers. So there's a manager who makes sure the citizens don't step out of line and do things like kill the winner of the game out of spite (weird that they're still bound by human emotions despite ascending to a higher plane of existence). But then he's also allowed to astral project into the real world and host death games there to lure people back to Borderlands for his own personal amusement. It's like the manager was on his lunch break and then all hell breaks loose when he looks away.
