Seriously if you go watch a movie with human villains in the past decade, chances are it's 1) Russian mobsters, 2) weird Christian fundies, or 3) Nazis of some variety.

It was a really shitty movie. The directing was awful and the writing was even worse. The stealth issue is having blue eyed blondes as the epitome of evil just doesn't mesh with a world where all once white nations are now formerly white and it isn't the white people causing all the damage in society. The oversaturated troupe of all the villains are Big Bad Scary White Men just requires too much suspension of disbelief in 2025 or whenever this movie came out.
