>a sci-fi series>it wrapped up>it has generally positive ratingsUmm, sci-fi nerds, is this really that good? Is this my autumn comfi sci-fi binge? God i hope so.
It was pretty good, surprisingly good writing. It flew under the radar
>>214871782It´s completely different from the movie but it´s good on it´s own right. It has nice production values, relatively memorable characters and, for the most part, keeps the focus on time travel shenanigans. I liked it.
got a little bit werid at the end but overall its solid
>>214871782this thread has convinced me to watch it. on the off chance you haven't seen it, syfy also made "the magicians" which was a good series and fits the criteria.
>>214871782YES >>214871898>keeps the focus on time travel shenanigansThey really took a nice big bite out of the tropes on this one. You could tell someone or everyone involved really loved time travel science fiction, they tried basically every angle. Travellers was pretty fun for that too, but 12 monkeys was more playful with it.
>>214871782i dropped when they introduced some gigacringe cuhrayzeeeee female character. absolutely unwatchable. i think she recruited a whole team of tryhard cringelordsi really don't get the love it gets. always found continuum way better but for some reason that's the one people here don't like. fuck me
it was alright
If I LOVE the movie, will I like this?
