I've read the script. The entire movie is about marge not letting homer go to epstein island with carl and lenny, so he sneaks on to a private jet behind her back. After the jet lands homers unpacking in his room and it turns out bart snuck into homers luggage when he wasn't looking. The rest of the movie basically revolves around homer trying to find a way off of epstein island while doing everything he can to keep bart from being molested by various celebrities and politicians.
