This is the greatest movie of all time. The peak of film making.
Don't wanna close my eyes!I don't wanna to fall asleep!'Cause I'd miss you baby!And I don't wanna miss a thing!'Cause even when I dream of you (even when I dream)!The sweetest dream would never do!I'd still miss you baby!And I don't wanna miss a thing!https://youtu.be/JkK8g6FMEXE?si=ByeOkzzOzBAmZJv3
>>214961241CRAZYYY CRAZZYYYY
>>214961241Why did people get hung up on the drillers being astronauts? It's like complaining about flight attendants not knowing how to fly a plane.
GREATEST CGI SHOT OF ALL TIME COMING THROUGH
It's the perfect mix of cheesy plot lines, over-the-top action, attractive people, and it's directed by Michael Bay. It's essentially the perfect movie if all you want is to be entertained.

>What did we have to blow up again?
My dad bought us a little vacation cabin and a bunch of land when I was growing up. We would go up there and ride around on 4 wheelers and shoot guns. We had no cable/satellite/internet, but we did have a VCR so on days when it was too rainy or too cold to go out we would just sit inside and watch tapes. The only tapes we had were Armageddon, A Knights tale, and the 1st season of the X-Files. My dad and I must have watched Armageddon 1000 times. We would watch it, listen to the music through the credits, watch the Aerosmith music video after the credits, rewind it and watch it again. I don't know why we never brought some more tapes up there, but then again he and I were both content to sit there and rewatch the same movie over and over again. At least I know my autism didn't come from Tylenol or vaccines.
I think deep impact is a much better and grounded movie though the shitty daddy issue story with tia leone is shit, just as much as the romance sub plot with liv tyler and ben assfuck is shit in this flick. At the time I would have said armageddon is a better movie but over time I come to recognize deep impact is kino and armageddon is shlock.I especially hate the micheal bay trash editing and bloom and he has liv tyler just standing in front of a giant american flag for no fucking reason or logical sense in the movie.
>>214961241 It wasnt perfect but it had soul
I hate when the mission almost fails because of someone losing their mindthis one is the most realistic thoughSteve should not have been on that mission
I watched this in a friend's basement with his whole family when I was in grade 6

>>214961241I agree. Seriously.
>>214961241alright but there's 100% a scene where Steve Buscemi finds an alien skull, right?
>>214961241Well, what film is better?
>>214962073No, unfortunately.
This is a man's movie. It's socially acceptable for men to cry to this film.
>>214962100Was I fucking hallucinating like him? I swear there's a scene where he picks up a monkey skull with three eye sockets or something like that.
>>214962145Sounds cool but yeah you were high or something.
>>214962145Maybe a different movie?
Liv Tyler was so fucking sexy in this movie just thinking about it rustles my loins.
I used to work on drilling rigs and the last fucks you’d send up there for that job would be oil drillers. You gotta send a big dick geothermal crew to drill that hard rock on an asteroid but it’s a moot point anyway since an asteroid that size has a good chance of having a high iron-nickel-magnesium composition which would wreck your drill bits. Even with PDCs you’re not making more than a few feet per hour at best with a full triple stacking 80k on the bit. Some faggot in a moon suit holding a jack hammer on a low gravitation surface will not generate enough torque to break or displace the rock without spinning off the asteroid into space. It’s a good movie though, I don’t let the reality ruin it for me. But you’re not drilling into an asteroid with anything but a massive rig and at that point be better off just cutting to the chase and suicide bombing the rock like they did in the end anyway. But that’s kind of a shit movie so I get the directors choice to pretend like I haven’t drilled enough footage to reach the moon and back.
>>214962157>you were highI'm ashamed to admit it, but yeah I was.>>214962177No here's the exact moment lol. My short term memory raped the three eyed monkey skull into existence. He just finds a rock that looks like a screaming xenomorph mouth if you squint your eyes and tilt your head.

>>214961568>I think deep impact is a much better and grounded moviefucking idiot
>>214961568Take my upvote!
>>214962236Maybe yourmind mixed it with the modified driller handles?
>>214962742I had the same exact thought when I was scrubbing for the frame I posted.Either way, until now I thought he found an alien fossil, and it drove him to space madness.
