I think VOY's biggest flaw. Or, rather. Missed opportunity. Because it is flawless. Is they should've, every time Neelix enters a scene, all the other characters should start singing about how much they like him. Like the Mr. Mistoffelees song. But about Neelix. And you know how in the Mr. Mistoffelees song, it has that bit where it's like a chorus line and they sing "Oh! Well, I never! Was there ever? A cat so clever as Magical Mr. Mistoffelees" and they sing it over and over again. That would be good if they did that with Neelix.
