Forced meme probably started by the guy who made the video. I found the original thread where he is first brought up. That thread is full of samefagging pretending like it's some old thing that everyone is familiar with while other posters are saying OP is samefagging and forcing a meme.
I don't hold it against the guy. It's a pretty good way to market your channel, but when you look at it the magic is ruined.

It's pretty obvious that it's the youtuber himself when you go in the thread looking at it that way. It's the first time he ever came up on /x/. The video about him was made 2 months after the post.
This entire theory appears to be just a single thread.
The idea is that this guy didn't exist yet but is writing himself into reality, but in that same thread people are just google searching him and finding everything.
