He doesn't get much ink because of the fact that his crimes with the grave robbing and building a skin suit out of dead women is way too fucking shocking for TV documentaries. And Gein isn't the most photogenic serial killer, combined with the fact that he only killed two people. It's one of the reasons that the film loosely based on his crimes from the 70s (forget the name) had to create extra victims for Not-Gein to kill.

It's pretty good but has some continuity fuck-ups and the series shifts from Roberts character to another character for the last couple of episodes and features Finn Witlock in a rare good guy role on the show. Double Feature is two seasons in one due to Covid causing them to have to skip a year. First half is decent but has the most woke ending (and features Finn Witlock in a heroic lead) and Death Valley starts out rough but goes super fucking dark and has one if not the darkest endings of the entire franchise. NYC is one of the seasons you either like or hate. The characters are all horrible human beings and ironically enough, all but one dies of AIDS by the end. But it's a great bit of a spiritual successor to Cruising and shows Murphy is aware of meme culture as he basically creates a male version of Corona-Chan/Ebola Chan in the form of Big Daddy, a sexy muscular hooded daddy dom who is the living physical embodiment of AIDs. Finally there is Delicate, which saw Emma Roberts return to the franchise after briefly being stealth canceled for telling a tranny from Pose (one of Murphy's spin-offs) that she would never be a real woman. It's the first season to be based on a licensed property (a book called Delicate). It's decent but FX pretty much fucked up it's release by splitting the season up and airing half in the fall as normal and half in the spring and not doing any promotion for it's return. Finally, there is Groutesqueries (which is pretty much AHS but without the name) and the internet only spin-off American Horror Stories, which is mostly original stories but does have some episodes that feature sequels to other seasons like the follow up to Murder House and the origin episode for one of the characters in Coven.
