IMO the main weakness of the film was what RLM pointed out: The fights and battles are overchoreographed and have no weight to them, and there's really no reason for them to be. In the Phantom Menace, Obi-wan is established as a novice, still in training. But this lack of training is barely apparent in any of the fight scenes. Objectively shoddy filmmaking.
