Japan took inspiration from the same story, made it about a guy with something as rad as a gun for an arm, filled it with hot babes, and still managed to make it fucking boring compared to Total Recall.

Everyone always argues about whether it was real or if he had the embolism thing but I always thought the embolism subplot with Recall was just part of the "story" they made for him too. He probably wakes up perfectly healthy at the end.
