Principal photography has already started on Chapter 3 around last spring I think? Costner needs to bite the bullet and accept Netflix financing. It did good streaming numbers, and Netflix expressed interest in financing Chapter 3. I understand Costner wanting this for the big screen, but it is just unattainable at this point. He isn't going to get other financiers.
