He suspected Bob but there were too many unknowns at the time, like how many allies Bob had or who was in "cahoots" with him, and all of Daisy's gang played it as if they didn't know each other, so Warren had no idea who was innocent and who wasn't. Seemed like he was playing it cool to get the lay of the land before making any rash moves or openly accusing people and getting his own head blown off in the process.
I remember Tarantula talking proudly about the woman's shocked reaction being real when Russell smashes the guitar and leaving the reaction in because it's real. The same woman who barely reacted when Russell broke her nose.Just because it's real doesn mean it's fitting. Fucking hack.
