I'd give it a C, the whole "one character clashes with our animation style, isn't that so wacky?" thing really wore out its welcome in S2.I feel like being stuck at 11 minutes is also an issue, the Brazil episode wasn't great but I'd rather have a bit of breathing room with awkward/cringe comedy than a dozen sight gags every scene.
The main plot was less satisfying and coherent than the main plot. Napping Glep getting tossed into the basement and putting the nail back down was better setup than the main plot had (none at all, unless you count Silly Samuel's subtle narcissistic behavior).
