admit it, you thought this was the coolest shit when you were a kid.
>>215056043all prequeltards have is muh nostalgia to defend their slop
>>215056043Cool had been long established before George ripped off Trantor.
>>215056069Trantor, the "city" planet with a lower population density than a modern mid western town?
>>215056043The mega city in the prequels was so lame and generic compared to the fifth element
>>215056082Asimov understood limiting populations through classism, Lucas shat that bed so hard the loremakers had to contrive Coruscant being an artificial world built on top of another world to justify how deep that shit goes to support a population of trillions.
>>215056043>omg one big city! imagine the hustle and bustle!
>>215056098This. Fifth Element had the perfect future city. Wake up in your tiny metal apartment and some guy serves you Thai food from his flying restaurant.
>>215056115The difference between sci-fi and science fantasy.
>classism>muh 20th century social commentarypass, unironically give me lightsabers and pod racing instead.
>>215056043Where does the poo go?
>>215056201The classism's still there, it just applies to locations of worlds instead of the worlds themselves. Only certain planets like Muunilinst restrict offworlder visitation/habitation. The vast majority of the Core Worlds of the Republic are multispecies melting pots, the elitism gets more profound the further you get from there.
>>215056236The Works for reprocessing and further use, nothing gets wasted on Coruscant except time.
>>215056236Designated shitting sector.
As a kid I thought the clones/battle droids were the coolest part of the movies. I would skip pretty much everything else and just rewatch all of the filler battle scenes looking for new little background details. Everything else was boring.
>>215056423I found Episode 2 oddly comfy. I would watch the beginning bit with the assassin trying to kill Padme via worms and then skip to Kamino and then watch the big Geonosis fight. So many comfy locations.
ep 2 played out almost exactly like a classical greek drama about love, war and intrigue, i loved it honestly.
>>215056512Yes I loved it for those reasons of uhm classical Greek drama and stuff
How did this creature not have an arsehole yet farted at Jar Jar?
>>215056579now that she was 18 in this movie george was allowed to implement his full wardrobe vision for her, and you can tell.
>>215056512
>>215056579>monkey_neuron_activation.jpg
>>215056626she enjoyed that, secretly
>>215056605Force fart.
>>215056132>some guy serves you Thai food from his flying restaurant. We're officially living in the future, boys
>>215056579based natty tummy poster
>>215056625He wanted to do it in the phantom menace but the producers reeled him in
>>215056579>>215056625her outfits where nowear near sexy enough to compete with the OG star thot.
>>215057987Do you think Natalie was offended and annoyed George didn't put her in a skimpy bikini and so that's why right after Ep. II she signed on to play a stripper?
>>215056626Obi Wan turned her against Anakin by telling about younglings. He should have kept his mouth shut. It is all his fault.
