We decided we are too close to the end times to make good reboots so we wanted to run this by you and get some feedback

>Begins with a satanic/catholic cult ritualistically founding Raccoon City in 1800s and the inception of their plan to rule the world with a totally obedient slave population
>History montage with Umbrella infused in world events and science/medicine, creation of the first hive and then more
3 different time periods
>Height of Raccoon city
>decline of Raccoon city by corporate decisions that kill towns economy
>post outbreak
this allows for scenes at same locations over decades that tie in with each other
Charachters
>Umbrella Founders, their glowniggers, and top scientists
>Raccoon City employees including police, orphanage, and hospital
>townies
>normie outsiders
>glownigger outsiders
>infected of all types

The show simply explains the motivation for viral research was mind control along with life extension
each season will reveal events across decades simultaneously until timelines converge into the present which will be the first day of the outbreak which will take place mid season 3
there will be scenes post outbreak before that point but it will be months after the day one outbreak highlight of the series where you essentially get a 3 hour continuous shot of surviving pandemonium from multiple perspectives

well the gimmick for these cult members is they all have slaves in their homes
so after they work they come home to a person they have had in chains for years
the 1800s inception of this plan makes sense when you see the board room has dead bodies and slaves in chains reluctantly cleaning up the mess
