This scene in particular has stuck with me for ever since I was a child:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=esZGPRFBTJMThere's a lot going on in the scene, but it's the human doctor holding the dying alien's hand that I focused on. I thought aliens were the most frightening thing imaginable as a kid. But here's a human doctor who has seemingly zero fear of them. He even holds the alien's hand. Seeing that blew my mind.
