As another anon mentioned him, I'll say, Brad Pitt has been the only one that has done consistent varied work in the last decade. People know when you see a movie with him that it'll be a solid film and he'll give a decent entertaining performance. Tom Cruise has been dwindling his name for almost two decades now with boomer action slop and Leonardo Dicaprio was chasing an Oscar for nearly a decade and barely took any roles to keep his name relevant and a Box Office draw.
