Yeah, it's fucked. Couple halloweens ago I watched the theatrical version of Exorcist and when I wanted to rewatch it realised I only had the extended version on DVD. Went looking for a Blu Ray theatrical copy and it was like $50. Fuck that.

I collected physical, but never touched the collection because it's way easier to stream shit than dig through a bookshelf of movies. And sometimes I only have time to watch movies at work or lunch breaks or whatever. I have over 1600 movies and have gotten MANY of them from 2-4 dollars by being a good deal hunter, and I've gotten lots of free movies over the years through promotions and shit
