>>215076185i usually have movies figured out as early as the first quarter mark if not before i even hit play for the shittier ones but angel heart had me genuinely thrown for a loop on what the fuck exactly was even going on, at least up until around one of the last 1-2 flashbacks to the victory day celebration in the streets when even an idiot could probably guess the twist. like obviously from the start you know "LOUIS CYPHER" is up to no good and mickey rourke isn't exactly a good guy himself but man it quickly descends into a bizarre trip through hell led by an insanely unreliable narrator such a good movie, easy 8 minimum
