I made this and it wasn't good. The cooking youtubers really hyped it up, acting like the few simple ingredients come togther to become something far greater than the sum of its parts. But nope. It wasn't good.

"peppers and eggs" is definitely in need of some kind of meat and cheese component along with some kind of sauce on the bread so it's not all a dry mouthful of shit but any kind of cut up vegetable properly sauteed and then scrambled up with eggs - that are cooked properly - is going to be good. and if just a straight egg between two pieces of bread can be good, then the former can be better
