I'm a midwit, yet I was able to figure out the solution for the situation where Harper found the condom and called Ethan out on it, which would have avoided all the subsequent trouble for them.Here's what I would do if I were in Ethan's shoes (synechdoche for being Ethan) at the time where Harper found the condom wrapper and called me out on it:I would say we both need to sit down and think. I would tell her the truth that I didn't have sex with the prosties and tell her exactly what happens. Then invite her to brainstorm ways to prove my innocence to her and rebuild trust.After a short brainstorming session I would come up with the following:Ask Harper to hide in the closet and I invite Cameron over to my room. Harper can observe me at all times to verify that I did not collude with Cameron over this. She knows I'm not colluding because I didn't know I would be found out, and had no reason to collude prior to Harper calling me out on my condom wrapper. Anyway, Cameron comes to the room and I start talking about the sex I had with the hookers. Cameron is confused asks wtf im talking about and tells me that I didnt have sex with them.Harper observes all this in secrecy, my story is confirmed by a disinterested party, trust is restored, relationship success.Why wasn't Ethan smart enough to come up with this?

Ethan can say he's worried about getting STDs or something, maybe say he's worried about a painful pee or something. Say he was too drunk to remember what happened and wants to know if he had sex with them, and how worried he is about getting an STD. Cameron would have 0 reason to lie.
