This is supposed to be a stirring, emotional moment when Brian finally fills his father's shoes and ventures out on that firetruck to save lives. But all I can think of is that silly Japanese host biting into a bell pepper. Whatever licensing agreement Hans Zimmer made with the Iron Chef studio wasn't worth it.
