Got from 240 to about 160 lbs in about 6 months by replacing food for alcohol. I only eat like a bowl of oats and a can of tuna with plain rice a day. Everytime I get those feel good cravings I chug a couple ozs of rum or vodka, that plus clubbing on weekends has gotten me pretty happy thus far. Turns out drunk skanks don't care about the loose skin.
Take the drunkpill anon. You'll always be an addict, so why not choose something that will actually make you happy and improve your social life?

Best thing to do is exercise. Just take 20 min walks to keep active. After awhile you'll start to think about changing your diet because you dont want to lose the work you put in.

Just exercise a lot. The whole benefit of lifting is that you can whale out without turning full whale.
