I put myself through some rough times boozing and doing drugs, but I didn't really end up getting into real mugshot trouble after I turned 21. I guess I'm doing better than that guy. That was one of those 80s kids movies everyone saw or owned (or just taped off of the Disney Channel), along with Labyrinth, Neverending Story, Goonies, Pee-Wee's Big Adventure.
I saw all of them dozens of times. Still have boxes of VHS with three movies on each tape. Some from other families that we just acquired when they were left at our house. Some people routinely copied everything they rented and if you gave them a tape and a list they'd happily fill it up for you.

Gee, Bill! Two VCRs??
