ARGUS uses the room to visit other dimensions.Chris and the 11th str kids decide to go free the slaves of Earth X and fight Nazis.They destroy the dimension room behind them to stop it from ARGUS misuse, so they are now trapped on Earth X.We discover that the room was created by Brainiac and this gets him pissed enough to invade Earth in the next movie.In the comics, Brainiac steals cities from other planets and shrinks them down to put them in bottles. In the DCU the room served the same function.
