I am forever grateful to my mom. Back when I was starting primary school, one of the kids was trying to bully me. I asked her for advice, and she told me a story about grandma. When grandma was being bullied by another girl, she one day put a bunch of stones in her shoe and, quote "kicked her so hard in the crotch, they became friends afterwards".

I don't remember the details all that well given it was 20 years ago, but at some point me and the bully were both talking with a teacher that intervened over a fight or something, and i just kicked that boy in the dick. No stones, but he fell over and cried really hard. My parents were called the next day over this and my mom straight up just told them i did what i had to do given the teachers couldn't solve the problem.

After this ironically enough that "bully" did become my friend, but there was a clearl hierarchy. It started out as real friends, i guess, but prgoressively over the years that boy was becoming the butt of every joke in the group and bullied by everyone, including me. His reputation and social standing just never recovered after that nut kick and crying with the teacher present and it only got worse from there.

I kinda feel bad for him in hindsight. Children are yet to be taught all the spooks governing society, so it's a literal jungle.

See, this is how I can tell you all grew up attending public-school and living in non-religious environments. You should try living and going to school in an actual Christian Community at some point, because aside from maybe a few kids being a little annoying to each other when they're young and immature, pretty much everybody by the time they were in Middle-School just naturally got along with everybody else, AT LEAST to the point of it not causing any major problems.

I've always thought that culture always wanes and waxes from Nerd domination to Jock domination.
Pretty much since about 2010 or so we've had nerd domination of our culture, from Capeshit to ComicCon's significance.
