I'm too low IQ to have insomnia, I've struggled my whole life with keeping a day/night cycle but I've never really had issues falling asleep, in periods I'll sleep like shit and wake up constantly but for the most part its good, I'll still end up only getting 5-6 hours a sleep at times though because I just cannot help it but stay up late
