Predator 2's greatest fault is that the Predator himself is a complete retard. The only time we've seen a Predator be even dumber and in fact weaker than the City Hunter was in Prey. If the spooks that went after him weren't extremely incompetent, he wouldn't have been a serious threat to anyone besides gangbangers.
