Kinda wild how back in the 90s tranny behavior was like torturing animals for spotting serial killers

GOODBYE HORSES

It’s the same today they just removed it from the DSM to not offend the mentally ill.

That’s my point

She was trans.
>>
>Be a weirdo serial killer boomer
>Can afford a house with expensive mannequins and womens clothes

they really had it that easy....even the weirdos
>>
>>215197645
Not only that they embraced it for population control and big money for big pharma.
>>
>>215196628
He had to get it on. It was making a move.
>>
>>215197587
Buffalo Bill had the best taste in music from any serial killer.
>>
>>215197901
Well I’m agreeing with you.
>>
>>215198015
They used a real house for shooting that's located literally next to railroad tracks, so that alone puts it on the cheaper end of the scale. Nowadays it offers accommodation and has multiple TSotL themed props and rooms, so you can even pay a visit if you want to.
>>
>>215198015
It wasn’t his house. He killed the old lady who owned the house and was squatting in it. Remember when Clarice found the rotten corpse in the bathtub while she was searching the house? That was Mrs. Lippman, the owner of the home.

I think skinning people might cross the line from eccentric into psychotic territory just a little.

Billy is not a real trans-sexual, but he thinks he is. He tries to be. He's tried to be a lot of things, I expect.
There are three major centers for trans-sexual surgery: Johns Hopkins, the University of Minnesota, and Columbus Medical Center. I wouldn't be surprised if Billy had applied for sex reassignment at one or all of them, and been rejected.
Our Billy wasn't born a criminal, Clarice. He was made one through years of systematic abuse. Billy hates his own identity, you see, and he thinks that makes him a transsexual. But his pathology is a thousand times more savage and more terrifying.
>>
>>215196628
His problem was that it didn't want to rub the lotion on its skin. Did you not hear him?
>>
>>215196628
Everyone in this thread is kvetching about how
>he wasnt actually trans? but this is how most troons act lmao
don't you get it yet. we're being flooded with Haus of Decline units and denied the hot traps of yore
>>
>>215199010
I did too. I think it's made pretty clear that Bill would have been a serial killer even if he had had a neovagina installed. Being denied SRS isn't what led him to start killing woman and trying to do his own DIY transition process.

psycho tranny. what else can be said?

The DSM is a book of Talmudic black magic. I will die on this hill.

>Mrs. Lippman
>Mrs.
She was a widow so most likely from her dead husband.

No one is seriously attempting population control anymore (which would be a good thing, there is absolutely no reason at all for eight billion useless eaters, and I include myself in this cohort, to be scuttling around on the surface of this ball). China has more-or-less abandoned its One Child Policy, and even that wasn't enough to effect negative population growth, which is what's actually needed. The problem is that since we're just a bunch of animals at the top of the food chain and since there is no outside or higher authority governing us (god, aliens, etc), apart from nature itself, we live and die entirely by our own animal behaviors and have only ourselves to blame.

>>215198174

For me it's Bach's Goldberg Variations, heard when Lecter kills the guards. The film unironically turned me on to the classic 1955 Glenn Gould recording, and other basic Bitch Bach, not a bad place to continue surface-level interest with classical music based only on its invented leitmotifs with edgy modern films (Rossini in Clockwork Orange).

I've done a bit of research on the house, but not kept up with it. Would be curious to hear what else you know about it/how the current owners are willing to do tours, by the sounds of it.

They only used the actual house for the first floor stuff, as Clarice enters and meets Bill. The creepy basement was all set. IIRC it was put on market like 8-9 years ago or so and it stayed on market for a while. No one had any objections to its film connection (fiction, a selling point), but it's out in the sticks and even though it had I think four (!) bedrooms, it only had one single bathroom.

It's in SW Pennsylvania, outside Pittsburgh, in a rural area. It's within 50 miles or so of two other interesting sites. Fallingwater, the famous modern house by Frank Lloyd Wright, is nearby, and also the 9/11 crash site in Shanksville isn't too far off. The fictional location of the house is "Belvedere, Ohio", which is reasonable since Ohio is very close the the actual location of the house, separated only by the northern panhandle of Starling's own West Virginia.

This.
>>
>>215199328
Wait a minute. Are you telling me some airport crime novelist sussed out the heart of the condition in the late 80s when he wrote the book?
>>
>movie has multiple scenes explaining about the danger of blind corners
>clarice is shown to never check her corners
>at the climax of the movie you'd expect clarice to be kidnapped or beaten or something due to this blind corner thing
>nothing of the sort happens
I like the film but that was really weird
