I started marathoning unsolved mysteries on tubi and since then there's very very little true crime kino that lives up to that standard of entertainment

They started with OJ, which is the most sensational true crime story ever told and easily worthy of 8 (if not more) episodes

Nothing else lives up to OJ. Not Cunanan, not Dahmer, not the Mendenz Bros, not Ed Gein. Certainly not Lizzie Borden. The impeachment thing was a huge story, but it boils down to the president getting his dick sucked and not going into all the suspicious murders linked to the Clintons

So they gotta make more and more stuff up to fill those 8 episodes. Some teenage babysitter disappeared from Wisconsin in the same time? Link her to Gein and fabricate a whole episode where a teenage girl and creepy man are competing for a babysitter job
