I don't think it's reasonable to talk about wokeness in media until we discuss the overwhelming amount of partisan reviewers in the online space that dilute conversation about the properties that do get released.

It's reasonable to talk about wokeness if a property you like is converted from something politically neutral to something woke. I'm not a seething chud but I am irritated by wokeness when it gets in the way of good entertainment. Rings of Power is an example of something that might have been good, if made with the right intentions, but was ruined by an ideological commitment to woke. I can't buy into it's fantasy setting when it's constantly reminding me of real-world political drives.
