Can someone who saw this movie while it was still showing it at festivals spoil it for me? I want to know if it's worth the money to see it.

(And yes, I know there was reshoots after it ran at festivals. I'm sure the basic storyline is still the same)

Shelby Oaks ending

[spoilers]>ghost is a man named Frank Shelby who was hung from the oak tree in the front yard of house 80 years ago
>a few days after some new family moves in the branch he was hung from snaps in half and crashes down
>the ghost starts to terrorize the family shortly afterwards
>by the end of the movie after a couple of people have died, the baby sitter was pushed by the ghost and falls down the stairs and breaks her neck, the paranormal investigator they hire gets hit by another tree branch that falls and his head is hanging backwards from his shoulders
>the father of the family finally confronts the ghost, "You died 80 years ago! You should still be hanging from that tree.
>the ghost replies, "Tell that to Shelby's snapped Oak" and then snaps the fathers neck and floats away[/spoilers]
